The vast majority of our jewels are made of 925 Sterling Silver and covered with a layer of 18k gold plating. In some cases, the products are made of stainless steel and covered in a resiliant layer of gold. However, no matter the base, all our jewels are carefully made, high-quality products with a fine jewelry finish.

18k gold plated 925 sterling silver:

925 Silver pieces with 18 karat gold plating are, by default, more delicate and may lose the color of gold over time. The plating may fade for different reasons: chemicals used for skin care, the level of perspiration or the natural ph of the skin. We recommend not to wear them under water and to avoid perfumes and creams directly on the jewelry. On the other hand, Stainless steel combines the strength, durability and functionality of steel with brightness, low maintenance and chrome corrosion resistance. The color is still perfect even if you use your pieces at sea.

925 sterling silver and stainless items do not require specific care.

All our orders are prepared within a maximum period of 24 working hours. Shipments in 24-72 hours worldwide with our Express Shipping method and free shipping over a certain amount with the Standard Shipping method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 days period for changes and returns from receipt of the order. Contact our customer service team to request an exchange or refund and we will manage it within a maximum period of 48 working hours.

We manage refunds within 24-48 hours once we receive it in our warehouse and we make the refund through the same payment method used. The return time may vary according to the bank. This time is foreign to Trium.
